How much does ScanCasa cost?
Right now everything is free — we're in a testing phase. When we launch paid plans, your current account will keep access to the basic features at no cost.
How does it detect illegal occupation or abusive rentals?
An AI reviews the title and description of every listing for signs of illegal occupation, short-term rental contracts with less protection for the tenant, and other fine-print traps.
Which portals does it scan?
Spain's major real estate portals. We're integrating Idealista's official API; once it's ready, search and alerts activate automatically.
Can I unsubscribe whenever I want?
